With its sleek and minimalist design, it fits seamlessly into your console, while its compact size permits more room for other electronic equipment on your console. It is also the nerve centre for Yamaha’s Helm Master® EX boat control system.
The CL5 is compatible for all Yamaha outboards from F20 to XTO425 outboards.

Depending on your outboard and information requirements, you can choose from our premium full-feature touchscreen, round digital (with digital signal) or round digital (with analogue signal) displays.

This display is suitable for all of Yamaha’s Electronic Fuel Injected (EFI) engines and can monitor up to four outboards. Its sophisticated, modern design features intuitive operation and matches the latest boat console trends, while its compact size leaves more room on the console for other electronics
The CL5 is also the control centre for Yamaha’s exclusive Helm Master® EX joystick boat control system (sold separately), which includes Autopilot, SetPoint, steering and other advanced features..

Screen Customisation – Ability to set Colours, Background Day/Night, Brightness and Data Layout
Boat Control Indicator – Displays active boat control features including Autopilot*, SetPoint*, Speed Control*, Single Lever (for dual lever controls)
Speed Control – Allows you toset by engine RPM or GPS speed*
Steering^ – Ability to select ‘Regular’ or ‘Heavy’ steering friction (feel). You can also select ‘Variable’ (uses engine RPM) or ‘Constant’ Lock-to-Lock wheel rotation settings
Trim Assist# – Adjusts trim according to the speed of the boat.Uses engine RPM or GPS speed if supported by Helm Master EX.
Helm Master EX* – The CL5 is also the hub for Yamaha’s exclusive Helm Master EX boat control system including Autopilot and Joystick settings.
Autopilot* – Set Heading Hold, Pattern Steer, ZigZag Mode, Course Hold, Track Point features.
Joystick* – Set joystick Thrust, Trim Angle, Distance, FishPoint Bow, FishPoint Stern features.
* Helm Master EX system must be installed.
